Text with an advocate

Sometimes, it’s easier to process your thoughts and questions over text. Whether you’re facing a decision, looking for support after an abortion, or just need someone to listen, our trained advocates are here for you.

A texting appointment gives you a private, one-on-one conversation at a time that works for you. Your advocate will text you at your scheduled time, offering confidential, judgment-free support.

You don't have to go through this alone.

Sometimes, it’s hard to say things out loud. Maybe you’re still sorting through your thoughts, or you’re not sure where to start. Texting can give you the space to process at your own pace, without the pressure of a phone call or in-person conversation.

Our trained advocates are here to listen, support you, and help you find clarity—all through a private and confidential conversation. Choose a time that works for you, and an advocate will reach out when your appointment begins.

  • I need support after an abortion.

Healing looks different for everyone, and you deserve a space to talk about what you're feeling. No matter what you're experiencing, you don’t have to carry it alone.

A texting appointment lets you connect with an advocate who will listen, support you, and help you process—at your own pace and without judgment.

  • I just need someone to listen.

Sometimes, you just need to share what’s on your heart without expectations or pressure.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to put your thoughts into words, we’re here for you.

A texting appointment gives you the space to share what’s on your heart with someone who truly listens and cares.
