Support is available for both women and men who have experienced an abortion. Whether your abortion was recent or many years ago, we are here whenever you are ready.
Is it really confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays between you and your client care expert or group. Privacy is a core part of how we care for you, and you can feel secure knowing your story is safe here.
Is this counseling?
No. Not all of our client care experts are licensed counselors, but they are trained to listen with care and provide confidential, compassionate support after an abortion. They walk alongside you, offering a safe space to process your experience and talk through what matters most to you.
Are groups co-ed?
No. Groups are offered separately for women and for men. This gives you a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported by people who share similar experiences.
Do I have to regret my abortion to join?
No. Some people feel relief, others feel grief, and many feel both. Whatever you’re experiencing, your emotions are valid. We’re here to walk with you without judgment or pressure.
