Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Communications is responsible for brand management and oversees all communication plan activities. The Director sets and guides the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate Avail’s mission according to Avail’s values. The Director of Communications ensures that Avail is viewed as the primary source, disseminator, and conduit of information within a diverse network and constituent base including among others, donors, clients, the general public, and media.

Manager of Communications

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Manager of Communications will support the strategy and execution for Avail's communications, website, donor messages and collateral, consistently

articulating Avail’s mission, vision, and model of care.  You will play a key role in setting the tone and direction of organizational communications. By collaborating closely with cross-functional team members, you'll be working to accurately communicate Avail's mission in direct mail pieces, annual Benefit materials, donor reports, promotional videos, and more.
