Don't face the unexpected alone.

You have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with one of our compassionate client advocates. Whether you're a woman, a partner, or a friend, we have men and women ready to listen to you without judgment. Together, you can discover what is most important to you.

Avail NYC is here for you. We have a location in Midtown Manhattan and we are always available online via Zoom.

  • I need to find out if I'm pregnant.

Your first step is confirming the pregnancy. Have you taken an at-home pregnancy test? Have you been to a doctor to confirm your pregnancy is viable? If you haven’t yet, we can help.

If you need a free pregnancy test, we have appointments available in Midtown Manhattan.

If you'd like to discuss and process your results, you can schedule an appointment with one of our client advocates.

To know if your pregnancy is viable, you'll need an ultrasound. This allows you to understand the timing and plan your next steps. Our medical referral program can help connect you to a free or low-cost OB/GYN appointment.

  • I know I’m pregnant. What are my options?

Now that you’ve confirmed your pregnancy, you have three main options: abortion, parenting, or adoption. You might feel like you don’t know what you want, and you may feel the pressure to make a decision quickly.

Take a deep breath. The good news is you have choices. You have more time than you think to figure out what is best for you. This is a big decision, and you want to make it with confidence.

We've created decision-making tools that help you reflect on the benefits and risks of your options and what you really value. This helps you cut through the noise and make the decision you want to make.

  • I’m having mixed feelings about my pregnancy. What should I do?

We know that this decision can feel overwhelming and confusing.

Meeting with a client advocate, a non-judgmental third party, can help. Their only goal is to listen to your thoughts and concerns and give you the tools to fully process your decision.

You’ll be in control of what you share and the decision you make.  No matter where you are in processing, talking about it with a client advocate can help you be more confident in your decision. You have tools and resources available to you, and we’ll be with you every step of the way to discuss your wants and needs.
